Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 September 2026
These terms govern the use of the VeloBridge app ("the app"), made available on the Shopify App Store by Dev4200 ("we"). By installing or using the app on a Shopify store, you accept these terms.
1. What the app does
VeloBridge connects your Shopify store to B2B suppliers that use the Veloconnect protocol, letting you search those suppliers' catalogs and import products (including price, pictures and barcode, as provided by the supplier) directly into your store as drafts.
2. Account and eligibility
You need an active Shopify store and, typically, valid credentials with your Veloconnect supplier(s) to connect the app to them. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for ensuring you have the supplier's authorisation to use them through the app.
3. Acceptable use
When using the app, you agree not to:
- Use the app to access supplier data without authorisation;
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication or other protections of the supplier's or Shopify's systems;
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable law or Shopify's terms of service.
4. Supplier data and product import
The app shows data provided by your supplier (prices, descriptions, images, availability) and imports the descriptions, images, barcodes and prices into your store as draft products; it does not import or synchronise stock levels. We do not validate or guarantee the accuracy of that data — reviewing the price, description and stock of products before publishing them to your store is your responsibility. Markup changes and price calculation applied by the app are configurable by you and reflect the configuration you set.
5. Plans and billing
The app has a permanent free plan (Free) and three paid plans (Starter, Growth and Pro). There is no time-boxed trial — the Free plan is the trial. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (annual billing gives two months free). Prices are set in US dollars and Shopify shows them in your local currency on the app's Shopify App Store listing and pricing page. All billing is handled by Shopify through Shopify App Pricing: charges, taxes, currency conversion and any refunds are subject to Shopify's billing terms, and the app never receives or stores your card or payment details. Each plan sets limits on the number of connected suppliers and on the total number of products you can import through the app; while the app stays installed that imported-products count is cumulative — deleting a product in Shopify does not free a slot, and re-importing the same item does not count twice.
6. Cancellation, downgrades and unmanaged products
You can move to the Free plan or uninstall the app at any time. When you downgrade to a plan with lower limits:
- supplier connections above the new plan's limit are switched off, and you cannot add new ones until you are back within the limit;
- products you have already imported, beyond the imported-products limit of the new plan, become "unmanaged" — they stay live and unchanged in your store, the app simply stops updating them;
- the app never deletes products from your store and never disables your storefront as a result of a downgrade or cancellation;
- re-managing unmanaged products or re-enabling connections later requires subscribing to a suitable plan again and reconfiguring your markups; the cumulative imported-products count is not reset.
7. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the app available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app depends on third-party systems (Shopify and your suppliers' servers) that are outside our control and may affect how the app works.
8. Privacy and data
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including errors in data imported from third-party suppliers.
10. Termination
You can uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify store admin. Uninstalling starts the data removal process described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
